Parkin is a British-German journalist who has been covering lifestyle, food and wine topics from around the world for over 20 years. He spent ten years living in Paris, where he honed his gastronomic expertise by visiting the city’s best restaurants. His interviews with Michelin-starred chefs and features from Tokyo to Sao Paulo have appeared in magazines such as Vanity Fair and GQ. He currently works mainly for “Welt am Sonntag”, Germany’s big Sunday paper in Berlin. Clark Parkin lives in the Bavarian Alps south of Munich at the Walchensee. He is often drawn from there for a new restaurant or a report crossing the Brenner to Italy.
